Hello, I have recently visited this pool this summer for the third summer in a row, and let me tell you things have changed. First off the guards all look miserable this year, before they were all bubbly and the welcoming, but now they don’t even say hello. The bathrooms are a mess and I can smell a gas leak when I walk through, which makes me nauseous in these high heats this summer. The food is very mundane and not filling at all, before they had various food options that my kids and the residents kids loved. I overheard some of the guards are not up to their certification, how they are forced to clean with not sun protection, and even have to do tasks that they did not agree too. One of them that I recognized started crying when I talked to them, and even mentioned the cameras could be accessed by anyone, which raises concerns about privacy. All this being said I hope things change and I will not be returning in the coming summers.
